"You have two choices in life: You can dissolve into the mainstream, or you can be distinct.
To be distinct is to be different. To be different, you must strive to be what no one else but
you can be."

Alan Ashley-Pitt
Unknownnoreply@blogger.comBlogger1125tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5372470231352720775.post-12485679307074861202007-09-11T12:39:00.000-07:002007-09-11T12:41:10.945-07:00My Visit to St. LabreOne of the charities I donate money and in-kind products to is the St. Labre Indian School in Ashland, Montana.

I made a personal visit on August 29, 2007 to see for myself what the school was all about.

I don't know what I was expecting, but I was quite surprised. I was surprised to see the grounds and buildings well maintained. I was also surprised at how courteous and gracious the people were.

I was introduced to one of the people in charge, and I asked if my in-kind donations were being sold. "No!" "We use almost everything, and much, if not all, goes to the children."

I was relieved, because I came with more in-kind products for the kids. I gave my hostess some more of the Neways products I use and hope the kids will benefit from. So far, all they need at this time is toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner and lots of it.

Because there are so many kids in need, there is no way I can possibly meet all of their needs. I would love to have you join me in making contributions to St. Labre and other organizations.Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0
